From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the owner, Antonio. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated in African style, and everything was impeccably clean. We especially loved the delicious and generous breakfast served every morning with a variety of fresh fruits and vegetables. The outdoor area with benches and a fireplace was a lovely place to relax in the evening. Despite a couple of minor inconveniences such as the shower being located next to the toilet and the thin walls, our overall experience was excellent. The staff, under the excellent management of Antonio, were extremely friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to fulfill our requests. I highly recommend staying at Serengeti Villa for a wonderful and memorable stay in Arusha.

I had the most incredible stay at Serengeti Villa. From the moment I arrived, I felt like I was part of their wonderful family. The staff was so friendly and made an effort to make me and my kids feel comfortable. They even took the time to chat with us and engage with the kids. The breakfast was absolutely incredible, possibly the best I've had in years. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and I loved sitting outside in their beautiful garden. The security provided was top-notch, with 24/7 monitoring and a locked gate. It was the perfect place to unwind after a safari.
The only tiny drawback was that the breakfast was the same every day, but it was still delicious. The location is about a mile from the city center, so it may not be ideal for those who want to be right in the hustle and bustle.

The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and welcoming, making us feel like family from the moment we arrived. The breakfast provided was absolutely delicious, one of the best I've had in years. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with tasteful furnishings. The location of the hotel was ideal, just a few minutes away from the city, offering a peaceful and quiet environment away from the hustle and bustle. the hotel provided 24/7 security, ensuring our safety throughout our stay.
There were occasional power shortages during our stay, which made it difficult to charge our phones. However, I understand that this is a common occurrence while traveling in Africa and cannot be solely attributed to the hotel.
